"I wish this place was good as we love Paradise Biryani Pointe in Lowell. We went here with high expectations based on that. Oh Boy, where do I start, 1. My first mistake was that I assumed this place is similar to their franchise in Lowell Paradise Biryani in Lowell which is very good!. Apparently, they share just the name. That is about it. Food, service, quality everything here sucked. 2. We ordered two biryanis. A chicken and a goat hyd dum biryanis. They both sucked. Tasteless. I wonder how there can be this much of a difference between franchises. I am thinking they have no relation at all. If it is the same recipe, it can't be this bad. We had to throw most of the food away. 3. They never pick up the phone. I have to try like 5 times before they picked up the phone to take an order for a pickup. They said it will take 45 min to an hour which is longer than most other places. 4. Finally, this is the worst part. We ordered a chicken pepper fry appetizer to go with the dinner. Apparently, their appetizer is full of gravy, like a chicken korma, NOT dry. This is different than anywhere else. Try eating chicken korma as an appetizer. Tasted like ****. Very disappointing experience. I will NEVER go back here again. Even though Lowell is far out, I will either drive there or go to Bavarchi in Framingham which is much better though they are a bit salty for my taste. Surprising these guys are still in business. Wish there is an option to give 0 stars!"

"When I heard about Paradise Biryani Pointe's good reputation and read positive reviews, I was excited to try their food. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular branch was really bad. I ordered biryani and appetizers, and was told that the biryani would take 5 minutes to prepare, while the appetizers would take 15 minutes. However, the appetizers arrived after a 30-minute delay, and the biryani came even later, after 45 minutes. Despite being given multiple assurances that my order was almost ready, these turned out to be false. I was also disappointed by the ambiance of the restaurant. The music being played on TV was really irritating, and as an Indian myself, I did not appreciate the music choice. However, the worst part of my experience was the biryani itself. The rice was overcooked, soggy/watery making it unappetizing and disappointing. As a result, I will not be returning to this branch of Paradise Biryani Pointe, as it did not meet my expectations, which had been set by the standards of other branches. To make matters worse, the restaurant only provided two plates for our group of four people, which added to the overall poor experience. I had to request additional plates and wait an additional 10 minutes for them to arrive, which only made things worse. It's worth noting that I am a food enthusiast and have tried many Indian restaurants in the past. When I heard about the reputation of Paradise Biryani Pointe, I was eager to give them a try, hoping to add another great restaurant to my list. However, my experience at this branch was disappointing, especially given the high standards I had come to expect from other branches of the chain. Despite this negative experience, I remain hopeful that the other branches of Paradise Biryani Pointe will live up to their reputation."

"came here for the first time in 3 years. very disappointed. when i was here 3 yrs ago the food was amazing and we brought family with us again. this time we came and the place was dark and the menu was just a plain brochure. it looks like they expanded the place but it looks like it downgraded. the buffet looked messily put together and the table lights were dark and floors sticky.the workers were ok, the server didn't speak english but she was kind and tried to fit to our needs as best as she could understand. the person at the cashier was quiet but he was always on his phone on tiktok with the volume super loud and randomly answered a face time call while standing in the middle of the restaurant. it was very distracting for us even after asking to lower the volume. he continued to keep the volume of his phone on max volume.the food was terrible. the puri was really oily/greasy and flavorless. the naan was tough to chew and lukewarm at best. the lamb did have nice flavors but it was very very chewy and over cooked, we could barely finish any of it. the charga chicken had no seasoning at all, it tasted reheated and dry, only thing it seemed to have was red food color, no one ate it. the onions on it though, those were great.the chicken 65 was one of the only good things on the menu. though the sauce tasted too much like ketchup instead of actual sauce. the sauces that came on the side were plain watery and flavorless and added no enhancement to the food at all. the daal wasn't the best, it was mediocre. the only thing i would recommend is the veggie pakora. that was wonderful and everyone enjoyed it, came in a big portion for a good price. the water was given very late, we had all our food but no water, had to remind the person at cashier for water. the water was room temp and only came with a large block of ice, very strange.really wanted this to be a good experience from the memories, will not be dining here again."
