"I arrived at 7 PM on a weekday with a group of 12 for an event, and I must say, the service was commendable. The food matched the pictures perfectly, and everyone enjoyed their selections. Parking was convenient, and the ambiance was decent, though it could use an update—it definitely doesn’t deserve a five-star rating just yet. It would be great if there were a second floor for more dining space and restroom facilities. Additionally, the outside could benefit from better signage. Overall, I would definitely consider returning."

"This mall is one of my favorite spots to visit! It has some hidden gems, like Books-A-Million. Hot Topic is one of my favorite stores here, as well as FYE! Plus, there's Round 1, an incredibly fun (though a bit pricey) arcade. It's usually not too crowded, which is a bit unfortunate considering many malls are struggling these days. Honestly, it only has a few stores that pique my interest, but it's enjoyable to stroll around, browse the shops, and maybe grab a pretzel. Overall, it's a really nice place!"

"I couldn't wait to get home and write this review. Tonight we celebrated my son's 15th birthday at Masa. It was everything we imagined. The service was spectacular. They allowed us to have a photographer at the dinner. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back. Thank you for taking care of the Gorham family!"

"I'm disappointed to report that while the food was good, the service left much to be desired. I don't often give negative reviews, as I understand that everyone can have an off day. However, when you take your three young children and your wife out for dinner, and it takes 40 minutes to receive the first dish on a Monday night in a restaurant that's far from full, it's hard to overlook. To make matters worse, they automatically included a tip on the bill, likely sensing our dissatisfaction. As a businessperson myself, I would have approached the situation differently, focusing on how to rectify the experience for the customer rather than assuming they should tip fully despite the lack of service. Unfortunately, I don’t plan to return."

"I went for an early dinner on Monday and had one of the best hibachi experiences, both in terms of food and entertainment. Living in Myrtle Beach, my husband, parents, and I have tried many hibachi places in the area, and this one stood out as the best. We all agreed on the excellent presentation and flavor of the food. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately and warmly welcomed by our lovely waitress, Ashlee, who was attentive throughout the meal. Not all chefs are equal, but our chef, Gonzalo, was particularly engaging and entertaining."
