"**Update:** After searching for an email or phone number for the corporate office or a supervisor without success, I reached out via Instagram and received a response a few days later. They offered to help resolve the issues with our last order, and this time, it was much better. The staff member I interacted with was attentive and friendly, and our order was prepared correctly. The food was delicious.
However, I'd recommend going directly to the store if you like their fries, as online orders seem prone to mistakes. If you do decide to order online, make sure to place your order at least four hours before they close. If you try to call them when they're about to close, they won’t pick up the phone. I have experienced terrible customer service—really awful.
I've ordered from this same location twice, and both times I was missing items. When I called the store, they would just say, "Sorry, no English," and then hang up. The food seems okay overall, but both of my orders were either incorrect or missing an entire entree. I tried calling over ten times at different times throughout the day, and every time I received the same response: "Sorry, no English," or in Spanish, "Manager not here," followed by a hang-up.
I wish I had received my complete order both times, but I didn't. On my first order, I got a burger that was very undercooked. I also ordered the Colombiano, but the meat tasted old, and the sweet plantains were inedible—just gross and stale."
