The Springfield cashew chicken was nothing like any version I've had before; it was rubbery and tough, with a sauce that was almost black instead of the usual golden brown. The crab Rangoon was watery, and the sauce had a bitter aftertaste and was an alarming bright red. I won’t even get into the rice. If it weren't a 40-minute trip to return the food, I definitely would. I really dislike leaving negative feedback, but save your money and make the 45-minute drive to Springfield to find the original restaurant that serves this dish.
