"I would like to suggest that someone at Social close down your OpenTable account during your renovation period. It was quite disappointing to arrive at an empty restaurant with our guests after receiving an email confirming our reservation just a day earlier. We even called an hour prior to our reservation to ask a question, and there was no message indicating that the restaurant is closed for the summer or any other reason—just a busy signal. This was quite frustrating. I’ve dined here several times and have always enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service, but this experience was a letdown."
