Even after we offered to share screenshots of our app charges and bank statements, she maintained that there was no error on their part. When we asked for contact information for someone in a higher position, she was unable to provide it. Overall, the quality of this restaurant has been declining for a while now, with a noticeable lack of accountability, poor customer service, and food that is at best subpar."
