"I visited this WNB location on Monday, October 24, 2022, at 1:03 PM. It had been a while since my last visit in July. When I arrived, I noticed a customer complaining at the window. Since it had been some time, I decided to look at the menu from the right side. A black woman in her sixties behind the counter informed me that I needed to place my order at the register. I replied, “Okay!” and she told me to order when I was ready, but her tone was quite rude towards the staff.
I then overheard her speaking to two different customers, mentioning something about a bad attitude. I felt compelled to ask if she was referring to me, to which she replied that I didn’t know her. I clarified that wasn’t my question, and she insisted she wasn’t talking about me. I remarked that it was a relief to hear that!
WNB has a sign stating that all good reviews will earn a free milkshake. In my opinion, as long as this woman is working at the counter, WNB won't be able to provide a positive experience. To make matters worse, when my order was ready, she instructed the kitchen staff to hand it to me. She definitely should be reassigned or placed away from public interaction as she is not friendly, and clearly not suited for customer service. She shouldn’t be the first person customers encounter!
