"We have been to many of the Basil's locations over the past 20 years and really love their food. However, after our last visit just this morning, I can't say we will be visiting the 64 location again. We typically dine later in the evening, but this morning we were there right when they opened at 11AM. I COULD NOT find a clean place to sit and eat! The tables are usually dirty when we dine in the evenings and I always think they were just busy and hadn't had time to clean. Well, today you would think first thing they would be clean because of their nighttime closing and cleaning routine. Apparently they don't have one because the soda area and machines were sticky too! It appears they never mop their floors either! My shoes were so sticky I had to scrape them off outside before I got in my car and you can see the stickiness carrying outside onto the concrete. This got us thinking that if the dining area is this dirty, how clean can the kitchen possibly be? This place needs to be closed for a deep cleaning! Sorry Basil's, but it needs to be said!!!"
