"Uneasy about when we eat out because I?m a chef myself, we were in town and decided we wanted Japanese food for dinner. We walked into this quaint little restaurant and we were immediately greeted and a very polite young waiter attended us. I had the Japanese noodles with shrimp and my husband had the Japanese noodles with chicken. Both were superb! Fresh finely cut vegetables and the noodles cooked perfectly!
