"They have two locations, but I cannot recommend the one on La Brea and Fairview. I've had several negative experiences there, which I initially thought might have been just bad luck. On my first visit, they forgot to include the drink that came with my order. When I went back to claim it, the staff member refused to give it to me without charging me again, and I had to speak to a manager to resolve the issue. On another occasion, they mistakenly charged my card for someone else's order. Although we were sitting far apart on the patio, we were the only two people of color outside, so I guess it could happen to anyone. Additionally, they shorted me one taco in the combo I ordered, giving me two instead of three. Another time, I waited 25 minutes while other orders, including those placed after mine, were served first. I've noticed at least four times before that the carne asada hard shell tacos tend to have more gristle and fat than actual meat. This time, two of the three tacos were practically inedible due to that gristle and fat. The quality of the meat is very poor overall. I would advise anyone not to waste their money here."
