"I had a fantastic meal at Sarku Japan, and the price was excellent too! The rice was freshly made and delicious, while the chicken teriyaki was simply amazing—juicy and flavorful. Overall, everything tasted incredibly fresh. I actually prefer Sarku to Panda Express; the chefs really know what they're doing! There was no lack of flavor in any dish. The canned Sprite was refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal, and the vegetables were well-prepared with a great blend of flavors. "IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS FIVE STARS I WOULDThis is not my first time eating at this restaurant chain put it now maybe my last. I just spent $15.40 for 8 shreds of hot fresh cooked chicken to be thrown on top of ice cold fried rice and way overcooked vegetables that had no taste. The chicken dumplings after one bite made me sick to my stomach. It was cold in the middle and tasted foul. I am so disappointed I can't even express.On top of that there fountain soda machine don't work and the guy says they won't be fixing it. Only selling can soda. This place should be shut down before someone gets really I'll or dies.SeriouslyAll I did was pick the chicken out of it it was the only edible thing"

"The food is excellent, real, authentic Japanese recipe. They really stick to the original Japanese recipe. The price is reasonable. I order thru Uber Eats delivery service and they're always on-time. The food preparation is quick without compromising quality and quantity. There's another competitor with the same franchise name in Jersey City. But It's not even closer. Bayonne branch is a bang for your bucks! I highly recommend it."

"I usually have a great experience at this restaurant with few issues. However, today was different. I had brought a cake and wanted to order more food, but I noticed that the ginger and wasabi were in small portions, and I was missing two rolls. When I went back to request the missing items, they just handed me my meal and tried to charge me extra for what I was missing. To make matters worse, they gave me a California roll instead of the teriyaki roll I had requested."

"I got both Chicken Teriyaki and California sushi rolls.. 1st off.. really enjoy their food.. but the rolls broke apart almost instantly and they lack Wasabi.. you get this mini pea size of it and hardly any ginger for even 1 piece.. "Wow! Everything was absolutely wonderful—delicious and perfectly packaged. I ordered the Chicken Bento and the Chicken Teriyaki, and both were cooked to perfection and very well organized. So tasty! "Food was decent and staff was nice however you have to pay for the Yum Yum sauce, it's not even offered with your meal....who eats hibachi without yum yum sauce? They offered soy and I think a spicy sauce which I gave back because I didn't want it. Yum Yum sauce was .53 extra, per sauce. I only tried this place because Kobe Japan was closed today, which offers the sauce with your meal as well as everywhere else that I've visited for hibachi. You know when you're expecting something and the location doesn't execute/deliver? That is how I'm feeling, so all that to say I won't be returning."
