"Great service! AARP discount. Don Salter really does a fantastic job, and the service and food quality are first rate. Even though the restaurant and parking lot were packed, a table was made available almost as soon as I got there and my party was quickly seated at a clean booth. The coffee was hot and taste was excellent. A minor substitution to a menu item made my meal both delicious and affordable. Even though my waitress was busy with several other tables in addition to mine, she was attending to us all rather well."

"Totally a Michigan diner located on Dix Hwy. Easy to find and ok food. Parking isn’t easy but not a big deal. I had the country fried steak, and unfortunately the gravy was ice cold. I think the breading and the steak overall was overcooked leaving me with not the best breakfast. Good coffee, good service, but there are so many diners in the area, you can probably find better. I like Zorbas on Fort St in Riverview better. Parking: Usually hard to find parking here. "Who would have thought that a Beyond Burger sandwich was less calories than a chicken breast sandwich? And the chicken breast was seasoned well and moist inside. Complemented with fresh hot ridge steak fries, extra pickles and brioche bread... It's time for another round. I went on a Friday between 6-7 p.m. No crowd, seated immediately and service was priceless."

"They have a lunch special everyday of the week. The portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. I believe they serve breakfast all day. They have everything from breakfast to hamburgers to chicken fried steak to bake potatoes, salads and seafood. The service is always prompt and friendly. The fried pickles are delicious and the stuffed baked potatoes look more like 4 potatoes, they are so huge! Just be prepared because you will have leftovers"

"Update my new fav dennys plate is… the classic benny! Mmm you choose how you want your eggs and i got them p o a c h e d. The runny yolk mixed with the hollandaise to use on the hashbrown and the english muffin. Their hollandaise was good! My respect to the chef‍ neither poaching nor the hollandaise are easy feats. Anywho will order this from now on! Also the host was nice he made us feel welcome and that was appreciated since norms was closed despite their 24 listing. this denny’s made the best version of chicken addiction bowl I have had. the waitress was nice and we went at about 3:40am after discovering norms closes to recover (I wasnt upset at norms but it was cold outside) anyway their location is clean and they also have a neighbor fallas paredes there? I didn’t notice because everything was closed have to go again for some chicken and clothes good stuff right here. The garlic bread was perfectly crisp and the alfredo sauce quantity was just right for the quinoa and broccoli to get it too. Some menu items (like fruit cup) were sold out but I would gladly go back if Im in the area."

"What?s wrong it is? I order 3 items and gave him $4.33 tips(my food is $17.97)only gave me one. I think I need to get my money back. There?re almost $10. I called them twice, the lady answered my phone but she didn?t want to report to their manager tosolve the problem, instead, she asked me to call their manager tomorrow morning by myself. "Abysmal service. Not my first time here, nor is it my first time receiving the minimal service (or lack thereof) the employees of this location offer. The only difference between this visit and my previous visits is that the latter actually involved receiving the food I was able to order. I would mention the name of the waitress who showed me to a table and took my order but she didn't give her name a smart move given the level of service she provided) and she did not return to take my order after serving my drink. I waited over 45 minutes for her to return but she never did. I also noticed a couple who had been there when I arrived sitting in a booth with their heads hung. She did not pay them a visit as well. After almost an hour went by I decided to leave and went to pay for my drinks (party of two) and the waitress almost charged me for a $40 meal. She did not correct this mistake until after I declined the payment. At this point she realized her mistake and produced the correct receipt, charging me for 7 dollars. She asked So you didn't want to eat tonight To which I replied It's getting late So she knew I hadn't been waited on and hadn't ordered but never returned? I understand how hard it is to work in the food industry as well as the challenges of working in a short staffed restaurant but it was relatively slow (about 3 or 4 individuals and 2 small groups) and did not excuse the lack of service I was experiencing. All in all I guess I am to blame for choosing to visit a restaurant while it's open despite the time it's open (24/7). Maybe the mornings and afternoons are fully staffed and offer better service, but if eating late at a 24/7 restaurant isn't possible then perhaps it shouldnt be open 24/7? This location has always been awful and I will avoid it from this point forward."

"I just wanted to take the time to express how great of service I received last night! Our server hannah was SO friendly and made it an enjoyable experience! Our glasses were always full and we got exactly what we ordered! The manager, Rachel, even stopped by our table to check and make sure everything was going good! I have not received customer service like this in a long time! This was our first time at this restaurant and it will definitely be our go to place now! Also, considering how busy it was, we still received our food in a timely manner and it was delicious! So kudos to the cooks for a great job too! Thank you guys for such a great experience!"

"I have visited this restaurant multiple times and every time my order has been incorrect and messy, but strangely still delicious, lol. I revisited on 10/07/2021 and the same thing happened, but the staff were really friendly and the food was consistently good. What more can I say? Apparently, a lot! I recently dined with my entire family, a group of 7, and we all had fantastic service and delicious food. Our waitress was exceptional and may be the best we've had yet! There was only one other table occupied during our visit. Thank you so much! The kids enjoyed every single bite!"

"We used to really enjoy Jonathan's Cool Springs, but our last two visits have been quite disappointing. The food has not met our expectations. They no longer offer the delicious chicken salad we loved, which is such a shame. The French dip sandwich was terrible on both occasions we tried it, and the Philly cheesesteak was equally disappointing. I’m not sure if they have a new cook or if the quality of the ingredients has just declined."

"A dirty Denny's. It is not in a good area and I can only imagine what they get there. However, you could see the caked on dirt on the dividers, the wood on the booths and by the windows. Only the top of the tables are wiped off. I took my 4yr old to the bathroom and he lifted the seat and I almost threw up... Him too. He raced to the door and me too. I had the steak, red potatoes and scrambled eggs. The steak was overcooked but they did replace it with a perfectly cooked one. One of the potatoes I bit into had a overwhelming rotten taste. My son had the chicken strips which tasted like they were fried in burnt oil."
