"It's a staple in the community, and you can know exactly what it's like by any diner in any movie. The only difference would be smoking inside, which is no longer allowed for many years now. Walking into this place always makes me feel like I'm in an old movie, they close at 3:00 p.m. And they open... I want to say at 6:00 a.m. they have daily specials for each of the days of the week, printed on the menu, and innumerable variations of breakfast items you can combine in any way you want. Plenty of entrees like chicken, fried steak and pork chops, as well as a whole slew of burgers, and your standard drink list. The clientele is mostly of a retirement age, and yet the time it takes to order, receive the food, eat it, and leave is probably one of the shortest in the city. There's only typically two, maybe three at most waitresses and it's a small area for the dining. Everyone basically knows everyone by name, so there's a homey feeling to the restaurant , becoming more like your aunt's dining room. There are a lot of police officers that frequent This establishment, take that whichever way you take it. I'd do recommend this place, though. You should be foreigned that it's standard food at reasonable prices with quick service. So it's not five star meals. But the quality is Good, it's not pre-frozen pre-packaged nonsense. And the quantity of the meal is large as I'm typically walking out with a to-go box as a 250 lb 6 ft tall 32-year-old dude. And that's just from a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Oh and try the chocolate pie."

"They offer crinkle-cut fries as a side. Although crinkle-cut fries are not my favorite—actually, they’re one of my least preferred varieties—they weren't bad at all. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and our food was served promptly once it was ready, which took about 15 minutes. That’s pretty typical for wings, and the price was quite reasonable—definitely not overpriced. You might be wondering why this isn't a five-star review. Well, the atmosphere left something to be desired. The interior was quite plain with folding tables and a mix of folding and regular chairs. While that doesn't bother me personally, I know it might be off-putting to some. Additionally, the air conditioning was lacking, making it a bit too warm inside. Thankfully, it wasn't an unbearably hot day, but it was still noticeable. Another significant issue was that a table was blocking access to the restrooms, which meant I couldn't wash my hands or use the facilities if I needed to. If you tend to get messy while eating wings, having a sink nearby is really convenient. I’m not even sure if it's legal to operate a restaurant without restroom access—it's a big deal for me. Lastly, there are no free refills on drinks. This isn’t the worst thing, but they give you your drink right after you order, which means you either have to pay for a refill when your food arrives or deal with a watered-down drink while waiting. It’s not the most ideal situation, especially since they charge for fountain drink refills—a practice usually not seen unless you’re getting cans or bottles. Overall, while there are some positives, these drawbacks keep this place from achieving a perfect score."
