"We usually dine at this restaurant every time we visit the mall. Today, when I ordered the beef and rice, I noticed that a staff member had already added extra sauce on top. I asked him if that was my order, and he confirmed it. I mentioned that I didn’t want the extra sauce, and he replied that it wasn’t added during cooking. I told him that I had ordered here many times before, and they usually ask if I want extra sauce. He insisted he knew what he was doing. Then he asked if I would like a new meal instead, and I agreed. He informed me it would take a bit longer and motioned for me to sit down. I reminded him that we were still waiting on my daughter's order, and he went ahead and placed chicken on her plate. I reassured him that there was no need to be upset, although I could sense some irritation in his voice as he insisted he wasn’t. I took my daughters to our table and waited nearby while he prepared my meal. He eventually called me back to let me know my order was ready. I thanked him and left."
