"We came to Maezo for lunch. Service was very slow; appetizers took about 20 minutes to be served, and mains were served a further 20 minutes after we finished appetizers, even though we had asked for all of the items ordered to be served together. Portions were very small, and certainly so given the price. The rice was cold, and the curries that we ordered lack flavour. At the end of service, the bill included an 18% service charge, which the waiter insisted was not a tip but could not justify otherwise."

"staff at desert moon could not find our reservation, as only the owner had access to a table reservation had my party had to wait 30 minutes for a table, we sat in two stands against each other. they forgot to bring my order, the rest of my party order did not come at the same time it took 15 minutes from the time when the first meal came to the last meal served the waiter did not notice that one of the meals was missing until I bought it to his attention when we asked for the bill to remove from the bill he then offered to check with the kitchen we ordered to check the I love the place and will go again, but I don't think it fits for special occasions"

"Dishonesty, false statements, delayed service and overcharging made our experience quite horrible.I had informed the owner three days earlier that we have a plan of buffet dinner the weekend, he told on weekends we start buffet from 11:am till 10:pm. My reply was good then I will call to confirm the timing b/4 I come on Saturday, so I called on Saturday at 12 noon and ask to reserve two table of 10 people each and we 'll come between 2-2:30pm. He dropped the bomb that we close buffet at 3:pm on weekend. Instead of arguing, see picture of menu with timing. I had invited 10 families and no time to change the venue we decided to go ahead and eat by order , instead buffet. Owner called back 10 minutes later and offered that he will delay closing of buffet for us, I told him change of plan and 17 of us arrived at the restaurant by 2:30. He offered again that we can have buffet but we stuck to on order plan. Owner claimed that they DO NOT use any commercial condiments at all but all home made and all chicken is also farm grown (Desi). Every guest in this party says that chicken was not desi and regarding condiments, attached picture of his Pantry explains all, This Pantry is right in the main (B) hall where we were sitting. We were told to start with salad, which is already on your tables and food will come in twenty minutes. I had to remind the staff twice for the salad, which was supposed to be on the table already, you can rightly guess the delay in food serving; atleast 30 minutes after we had finshed our salad. Food quality was 3 out of 10 at best, perhaps most items were reheat of leftover of buffet and Paya (goat hoaves) were the worst; few fellow had stomach upset after this food. Only fresh items was NAAN.Now comes the worst part: charges, I end up paying $40 per person and he was expecting additional 20-30% tip, while 18% gratuity had already included in the bill, see bill attached. I did not tip at all but decided to write above facts for the benefit of the public. My recommendation: do not encourage any greedy and those who have no regards of their own words. Parking: Lousy and dangerous rare parkingA steel wired, which is holding an electric pole ends right in one of the driveways to rare parking."

"It's one of the best restaurants in Columbus with great ambiance and food quality in reasonable prices. Last time we had lunch buffet, It was good. This time we ordered Veg appetizers platter, Paneer kulcha, pav bhaji and Veg manchurian. Appetizers and Paneer kulcha were really very delicious and balanced in sense of spices. Can't say about Pav bhaji, It tasted like something else! It was good but didn't taste like authentic bhaji. Veg manchurian was too salty. I don't recommend Indo Chinese menu to people who prefer mild spice level. Overall it was a good experience. Service was great, they make sure we are having good time. :"

"Shivas Bar Grill has been for the past year my favorite authentic Indian restaurant in the Dallas metro. Everytime my family orders food from here, we are met with well spiced, deliciously flavored, consistently yummy food. Initially, I would give this restaurant a 5 star. That being said, this week we placed a delivery order for malai kofta and mattar paneer. I was eating the mattar paneer and bit down on something hard. After immediately spitting out the food, I saw that what I bit on was a RAZOR BLADE. I was beyond disgusted and disturbed by the potential health ramifications of eating a blade that I almost was tempted to post immediately about this on social media. But being such a big fan of the restaurant, I wanted to give them a chance to explain themselves before proceeding. Today, I drove to Shivas, brought proof of my dish with the razor in it. I asked to speak with the manager or the owner. The bartender said that he was the manager. I showed him my food, at which point he said that he would take this to his boss . He walked to the back, spoke with a gentleman sitting at a table in the back for about 5 minutes, came back and apologized (more out of obligation not sincerely) for the blade and offered to refund my money. He just said that stuff like this happens, although he had never heard of a razor being found in food he had heard of rubber bands occasionally from the produce. He refunded me $16 cash (the cost of the dish is $16.50 not including tax or the cost of delivery). He offered no insight as to how this even happened or how he would investigate to see what happened that night. The boss whom he spoke to never came over to apologize. It is very evident that customer service is not a priority to this establishment even when you are served and end up eating a razor blade in your food. I will refuse to ever order from here again and am very concerned about the health codes/standards of their kitchen after this happened."

"I recently visited Yarsa Nepalese Cuisine with my partner and had an amazing experience. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and we enjoyed the ambiance. In one word... superb. It would be great to see more vegan options on the menu. We started with a family-style order of veg momo soup, which consisted of delicious dumplings in a flavorful broth. For our main dish, we tried the Almond Cashew Curry with mixed vegetables and tofu, which was a tasty blend of nuts and coconut curry. We also had Pulau rice with veggies, nuts, and raisins, although it could have been warmer. We also enjoyed tandoori roti and vegan garlic naan. Next time, we'll stick to the tandoori roti as it was our favorite. Overall, we had a great meal with excellent service in a lovely atmosphere. North Beach may be known for Italian food, but Yarsa Nepalese Cuisine is a delightful hidden gem. We will definitely be returning!"

"This place is certainly interesting. They serve all kinds of food here. Be warned that none of it is fusion. Although they say it’s Mexican, the food is mostly Pakistani, and the Mexican items are limited. Not the best Mexican cuisine I’ve tasted, but decent. Service was good, but it’s a take out spot. Definitely needs some cleaning."
