"I had a very disappointing dining experience. Upon entering during a busy period, I requested a seat that was taken up by a small box of bread. Instead of accommodating my request, a rude staff member directed me to the busy front area, where it was crowded and uncomfortable. Customers should be treated with more consideration and allowed to choose where they wish to sit, rather than being placed where the staff wants them to be. This is a fundamental aspect of good customer service. I won’t be returning to this location and will try a nearby restaurant instead."
