"This restaurant used to be my favorite for many years, but I've recently noticed a drop in the quality of the food. During my last two visits, I ordered wonton soup and found that the meat was mostly fat and gristle. On my most recent visit, I even found a bone in my soup. It was so unappetizing that I ended up throwing it away because it made me feel nauseous. This place has always been my top choice for the best soup, but it’s no longer what it used to be. The flavor and quality just aren't the same, and I'm truly disappointed."

"I ordered online, and the pickup was quick and the prices were reasonable. When I got home, I found the portion sizes to be decent. Everything seemed fine until I tried the wonton soup, which smelled and tasted like cardboard—definitely past its prime. I didn't write the place off right away since it was just a side dish. However, fast forward to about 2 AM, and I suddenly had to rush to the bathroom to throw up. Clearly, the food didn't agree with me and left me feeling extremely unwell, like a child with the stomach flu. I'll never go back again. Save your time and head to Great Tangs in Saratoga instead—that's the place to be!"

They informed us that they only accept cash, which they reiterated to every customer. I ordered a dish that included shrimp, meats, and vegetables, and the rice was excellent. However, the sauce was quite oily, and I think it would have been better if it were lighter. My husband had spare ribs and fried rice, which were just okay."

"As a Chinese American, I am picky with my Chinese food. I came here for vacation and did not expect much for the Chinese food. Lucky made better chicken and broccoli than my local chinese take out back home. That was a surprise. The Singapre mai fan was authentic enough to my high taste standard. I used to live in NYC. I think the prices are fair and not like the other post said. Definitely not the highest I have seen. I love the online order, very easy to use. I actually decided to order out again for lunch before leaving the area today. Vegetarian options: not much on the menu. Not surprise because the local demand not likely too many vegetarian in the area. Parking: easily parked outside the take out. plenty available"

"If you're not going to stay open until your scheduled closing time on Google, please update your hours. I just spoke with a woman five minutes ago and confirmed that I would pick up my food before midnight, as that's when you're supposed to be open. I arrived at 11:55, just minutes after my call, only to find the restaurant closed with the gate down. There are hundreds of Chinese restaurants in New York, so at least make an effort to attract customers. This experience has made me decide never to visit your establishment again."

"Ordered egg drop wonton soup and got wonton soup instead, no egg drop. Soups were about 1/4 1/3c. underfilled. Because they were underfilled, there was a space of air at the top of each quart of soup: Then the two quarts of soup were packed by stacking them on each other, the weight of the top soup caused the lid of the bottom soup to crack down the middle, and spill everywhere, which we discovered when we got home.Only 1 quart of rice was provided for 2 quarts of meals (1 quart hunan chicken and 1 quart kung pao). And the quart of rice was not packed tightly or filled all the way. So I had to make additional rice at home for the remainder of the food.We've ordered here before with no problems but tonight was a dealbreaker. You get what you pay for they definitely are the least expensive Chinese restaurant in the area. Will be going back to China Wok after tonight's poor experience."

"I visited my family for Christmas, and enjoying Chinese food on Christmas Eve is a tradition for us. I was on the lookout for New York-style Chinese food and stumbled upon this restaurant. The crab rangoon and boneless spare ribs were really good, just as I like them. The golden chicken fingers brought back memories of my favorite spot in Massachusetts as well. However, I found the rice to be a bit too light for my taste; I prefer it a little more flavorful. They were incredibly busy, which is a good sign, but what was initially a 45-minute wait turned into a 2-hour wait, so just be mindful of that. There's no dining in, as all the tables were occupied by people waiting. Overall, the experience met my expectations, but it doesn't quite compare to my usual place."

"I gave this restaurant a 1-star rating because there wasn’t an option for zero stars. I’m not trying to be a culinary expert, but I can honestly say that I could prepare something far better than their Kung Pao Chicken. To start, there was a hair on my food that was unusually long and very noticeable. I politely asked for a new plate, understanding that mistakes happen. After a wait of about 10 minutes, which I didn’t mind, I was served what I thought was a fresh plate of General Tso's Chicken. To my dismay, it turned out to be the exact same plate I had received before, as the same hair was sitting on top of it. I was so appalled that I didn’t even raise an issue, and I also tried my friend's Kung Pao Chicken, which was hard and drenched in grease. Save yourself the trouble and don’t eat here."

Don't miss the Egg Foo Young; it’s among the finest I've had, perfectly cooked without any excessive browning, and the ingredients are expertly blended. As for the service, I opted for takeout for lunch and spent about $20–30. I would give the food a rating of 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 1. I had high hopes for the Mongolian Beef and Egg Roll, but unfortunately, I can't recommend them."
