"I truly love this restaurant. Although I’ve encountered a few issues in the past when they were training new staff and my orders were occasionally incorrect, they were always quick to fix the problems and went out of their way to make things right. The owner even contacted me personally to assure me that these mistakes wouldn’t happen again. Such committed service is hard to come by. Their garbage plates are outstanding — now it’s the only place I’ll order them from. My girlfriend can’t get enough of their brownie batter milkshake either."

"First time trying their wings and unfortunately I think I got someone else's order as they weren't the flavor of wings I ordered. They were okay but not what I was expecting. It was a busy Saturday night but the staff seemed calm and enjoying work. I ordered ahead and thought 45-55 minutes would be enough time to get a simple order together but it ended up taking closer to 75 minutes because we were waiting on the fries and guess what... Their fries were worth the wait! I wish I would have gotten more ketchup when I asked but she assured me there was some in the bag. She was right three ketchup packets supplied about 1/5 of the fries with some color. Luckily, the fries were amazing without anything but could have been next level addicting if I had something to dip them in. I didn't mind waiting and watching the pizza making operation but I would probably stick to a slice next time so I can get in and out."

"Very angry young man works here. He gave me cold pizza and a poorly made sub. When I asked for the Puzza to be reheated, he angrily yelled at me and called me senile. He was a young man with Brown Hair. I am so upset by the service I received here. The parking lot is DIABOLICAL. Turning off the street is impossible, I almost tore my bumper off. It is like climbing Mount Everest getting in here. I am so upset by my experience. My granddaughter was even more upset. Do better"
