"My family and I visited this restaurant about two months ago, and I would like to share our experience. Perhaps it will be useful to someone planning a visit. I will start by saying that the service left us with a very mixed impression. In all fairness, I will note that our waitress was polite, friendly, and smiling. However, her professionalism raised serious questions. My husband asked her several clarifying questions about the menu, regarding the type of oysters, their origin, and the regularity of their serving. The waitress could not answer right away, went to the kitchen for clarification, and returned with general information. When my husband tried to clarify additional details and also asked questions about sashimi, its composition, and serving, she did not answer, citing the fact that she did not understand our accent. I would like to clarify some things about the accent. My husband has lived in the United States for over 30 years, is a PhD scientist, a university professor, the author of multiple scientific articles, and the president of a large company. We did not discuss the android collider or rocket science with her. We had a simple conversation about the menu, which, in our opinion, should be part of the basic knowledge of the waiter. As a result, it seemed that the waitress was covering up her ignorance with such excuses. It was also unpleasant to notice the familiarity and fraternization in her communication with us, which we consider unacceptable in professional service. This restaurant is small, and on the day of our visit, it was completely full. The waitress clearly could not cope with the workload, which may explain her desire to minimize communication with customers. At the same time, as it seemed to us, more attention was paid to regular guests while the new visitors remained waiting. Despite these unpleasantries, the kitchen left a good impression. The food was delicious, and the cooks really knew their business. However, a restaurant is not only food, but also the atmosphere, the level of service and the general mood that guests leave with. Alas, in this case, we did not have the desire to return."

"PROS: There's 2 floors. Downstairs has a whole bunch of games (pool, giant connect 4, arcade games) along with a few lounge areas, a bar enough space for a dancefloor. Free coat check. The music downstairs was so much fun! Wasn't a fan of the DJ upstairs, it was mostly house music and beats, but it's because of the DJ that was playing that night. This place is super fun has a space for any vibe you're looking for. Whether it's chill, games or dance!CONS: Drinks are a bit pricey. The line outside to get in then the line to wait for coat check. If you get there before 10, you won't wait in line long but any time after is at least 25 min wait. THE PROCESS TO GET YOUR COAT BACK IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Everyone had to put in their phone number on a tablet which would send you a text with a digital ticket number. However, not everyone would get a text and the attendants didn't confirm to see if you received one. At the end of the night, we waited in line for 30 mins to get our jackets back. 2/4 of us had a text, if you didn't get one they would find your jacket with the last 4 digits of your phone number. HOWEVER, one of the tablets wasn't working no matter how many times you put in your phone number! They had NO solution to fix this!! I took it upon myself to grab another tablet, the attendant said no and I was like absolutely not, I'm putting my number in this because they apparently were unable to do their job and the other tablet wasn't working. That was the only way I was able to get the correct ticket number. Luckily when you put in your phone number at the beginning of the night, it also takes a picture of you so you know it's your jacket. People were on top of each other, swarming the desk, the attendants didn't know what to do if your phone number wasn't working. Security kept yelling at everyone to form a line but no one was listening. The entire experience was a disaster and sobered me up so fast.I love this place, I've been here a few times but every time there's an issue with coat check. If you could not bring a coat, I would highly suggest it to save you the awful experience. We weren't locals so we needed jackets. I would def return, just during the summer."
