"I placed a large order totaling over $1,000 a week ahead for an event and confirmed all the details and delivery multiple times with a manager. However, on the event day, my order was incorrect. I had specifically requested 25 vegetarian salads without meat and 55 boxed lunches, plus several gallons of beverages, but all the salads came with chicken on top. Despite this mistake, they processed my payment without offering any compensation. Due to this experience, I will not be returning as a customer."

"Horrible experience !!!First time at this location. It started off bad since the hand card payment collector shut off! We had to wait for another gentlemen to become available and take our payment. I ordered an 8pc nugget meal combo. My order was incorrect, condiments I requested were not even in bag either. Very disappointed in the quality of service and the preparation of meal!!"

"I've always relied on the drive-thru at this place. They’re impressively fast, even when there’s a long line, and their macaroni and cheese is absolutely perfect. "The fat, blonde white woman in the pink shirt working here last Friday night around 7 pm was holding up the drive thru line feeding a dog in the car in front of me. Not only did she waste my time over this dog, but she proceeded to make my drink and never bothered to wash her fat hands after feeding a nasty animal. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary and just straight up stupid. I'd be willing to bet that woman doesn't wash her hands after using the bathroom either. Avoid this location if you value people who wash their hands before handling your food."

"I placed a pickup order and went to get it, but when I was about to leave, I noticed that there were no chips or fries included. I informed the staff, and they handed those to me. Once I got home, I discovered that the 30-piece chicken nuggets I had ordered for my family were missing. I had to go all the way back to retrieve them. After finally leaving for the second time, I realized they didn’t give us any sauces, even though we had requested six Chick-fil-A sauces and two ranch dressings. They provided nothing. It was a terrible experience."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS Chick-fil-A LOCATION!! I have been to many chik fil A locations and always had great service and food, BUT this one is the wrong one. I ordered at drive-thru on March 1st, during the day. To start with the girl taking my order had a decidedly smug tone of voice (the opposite of all the other one of these I've been to). Add to that I made it very clear I only wanted the sandwich and NOT the meal. Got to the window and was handed a bag with full meal, potatoes and drink. I told them of this, they took my credit card to remove the charge but was unable to remove charges for some reason and asked If I had another card they could use ?? I did not so I told them not to worry about it. Turns out whatever they did rendered my Visa card unusable. I contacted my CC agency and they have replaced my card. On top of all this, I had a poor experience while back here, where I ordered a grilled sandwich and received fried one. Will NEVER be returning and plan on following up with top management chain to report this. I have details about exact time and day."

They always greet me with a smile and are incredibly friendly. It’s clear that they are a dedicated team who genuinely care about their work, whether it’s pouring rain or late on a Saturday night. Just today, during my drive-thru experience, one of the cashiers brightened my day with a cheerful “Hold the faith!” I often joke that my son was made from Chick-fil-A, which is why he’s so healthy.
