"My experience was pretty disappointing and I could not eat the rolls I was provided. Initially, they didn 't appear concerned about the quality issue. The next day, I received a message from the manager/owner and they seemed genuinely regretful and offered an explanation: new employee . They retrained the employee, refunded my order and offered another meal for free. I have rewritten my initial review due to the improved customer service experience. I 'm not sure I will go back but I do appreciate the humanness of mistakes and the effort to correct those mistakes."
