"The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. I ordered cheese dip but never received it, and my husband asked for another bowl of salsa but also never got it. They didn't come back to refill our drinks either. When we received the bill, we were surprised to find that the salsa was no longer free, even though we weren't asked if we wanted it; they just gave it to us and charged us $1.25. It's not a huge amount, but it would have been nice to be informed about it upfront. Thankfully, we didn’t request more, as my husband could easily eat 5 or 6 bowls. Overall, we were not pleased with the service, although the food was good. Additionally, we still ended up being charged $1.25 for the salsa and chips we didn't receive."
