"I believe this was a manager we spoke to, blonde hair, bit of a tummy, working Friday Dec 2, 2022 night shift. We visited and ordered a box and 3 burritos with added sour cream and chipotle (because they 're dry)The box was missing a beefy 5 layer (easily the main object) and the 3 burritos were plain. Obviously we could 've done without the added stuff, but my wife didn 't get her burritoSo we went back around, explained the situation, and were met with mildly calming customer service from the girl on the headset. It wasn 't until we got to the window that this blonde woman comes to the window, speaks to us in a dedicated managerial tone of voice like we 're 5 years old and she 's our teacher. You were here about 15 minutes ago? The burritos that were messed up were the cheesy bean and rice burritos right? My wife answers them with yes before they cut her off and say okay thats all we 're making. My wife then says I didn 't get the beefy 5 layer burrito And then this woman has the nerve to raise her voice and say they 're already in the bag, so that 's what you 're getting (Referring to the cheesy bean and rice burritos which are too spicy for my wife) So now she eats nothing but a taco and a small fry. Thanks jerks. If you don 't have the gas to go to a different taco bell, I highly suggest ordering from a different restaurant chain. This aint it.Edit: Checked the replacements and they were all wrong too. I couldn 't tell what recipes they were following honestly. It looked like they gave us 3 plain cheesy bean and rice burritos but one of them looked like a 5 layer LOL! However the 5 layer had rice and jalapeno sauce along with the beef. With the tone the manager gave us I wouldn 't be surprised if they spit in it."

"I wish I could give it zero stars. After my experience in this Taco Bell I never come back. On 11/29 at 12:39 am I ordered on the Taco Bell Mobile App Nachos Bell grande Combo, Crunchwrap Supreme and a Beef Burrito. I came five minutes after placing my order on the app for drive-through, I waited 15 minutes almost 20 minutes because there was a slow line. When I got to the speaker, I told them I was going to say that I was going through the lady? When are you not, sir? So I'm all confused here. So I move into the window and show them the confirmation number for my order, they still say we have no order for you. I processed to drive so that I wouldn't hold the line behind me, I'm deceptive to the store and told them I had to drive through. They still refused my request for my order and I verified the address of the store and the confirmation number and I gave them my entrance to my phone. They still refused my order request if I lie to them. You said there was nothing they could do, are you serious? After you waited 20 minutes for my dinner and gave you my phone call, can't you do anything about it???? Even the worst thing I was charged for the food I didn't get. So basically this location likes to steal customers money right!? Maybe the manager asks me if I wanted to order from my receipt, but then I would be charged to the switch. Why should I reorder my request if I get to the app that I pay double for an order that I do not receive. This is very disrespectful of the manager who tries to pay me twice for my meal. After this conversation, I went into my hands without order. Ladies and gentlemen don't waste your time here spending your money in this Taco Bell, go to a Chick-fil-A, where once you get your order, they will charge you, don't you have?t get your order will still calculate whether you like it or not."
