"A few weeks ago, I visited this restaurant with some coworkers, excited to try it since I had heard positive reviews about their location down south. When we arrived, we found only one other group seated. After placing our orders for drinks, guacamole, and elotes, we waited a long time for the drinks, which were pre-mixed. When the drinks finally arrived, we were informed that they were out of guacamole.
We then ordered our meals, but the food took quite some time to arrive. I eventually inquired about the elotes and was told they were also unavailable. I ordered the Pollo Rostiado, which was supposed to be chicken thighs, but what I received were very dry chicken breasts. The broccolini that accompanied my dish was unseasoned, and it took a long time for us to receive our checks.
As we were sitting there, a group of girls came in to order guacamole, only to be told that they were out of it as well, prompting them to leave. Our server commented, "I don’t blame you; I would too," which is not what you want to hear while dining out. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."
