"I've stayed at this hotel five times, but this will be my last visit, primarily because of the unfriendly pool bar staff. I have a gold discount with Marriott, and when I asked the bartender to apply it to my bill, she bluntly told me that I should have mentioned it before ordering. When I asked if she wouldn’t apply it, she just took my bill and walked away, saying I would need to sign again. She tossed my new bill onto the bar in front of me and asked what I had said. I've never been spoken to in such a manner before!
The bar had three bartenders working last night, and despite that, service was frustratingly slow. The food is good but quite expensive for what it is. If you’re looking for a pleasant experience, I would recommend avoiding this place."
