"Upon moving to Hays 5 years ago all the locals point me to Taco Shop. Not only is the food horrible, it's the worst taco shop I've ever been to in my life. I am amazed and dumbfounded anyone would think this place has acceptable food. It's like some kind of collective delusion. There are excellent authentic Mexican spots in town and I hate to say it but Taco Bell is five levels up from this dump."
