"Our party consisted of 2 adults and one child. We were sat fairly fast and our waiter brought our drinks promptly. After that it all went downhill we both ordered fajitas, and the child ordered a burger. After the waiter coming buy and refilling our drinks he told us that he would bring our food right out 15 min later another girl brings our food, right then we asked her to bring more tortillas. Let’s just say we never saw her again! It took another 15 min for the waiter to come ask if everything was ok when in fact it was not. Fajitas came out on a sizzling plate the onions and peppers were hot but the meat was cold, luke warm at best. So when you spend 16.99 a plate I kind of figure that it’s all going to be hot. So finally we had to send it back, when he takes it we ask him again to bring more tortillas. When he brings back the food still has no tortillas yet tells us we will bring them right over. By now I’m getting ticked cause I had one tortilla for one fajita and that was it, then I had to wait yet another 20 min for the waiter or anyone to check on us. So my food got cold yet again I asked for a manager to come over and he did. We sent it back for the 2nd time then and had them reheat it. He wanted to offer us a desert and frankly I was pissed, I would have liked to just get my dinner ate. So he ended up taking about 20 dollars off our bill but still what a joke. I would def. not ever go back Needless to say I was sick later that night because I am pretty sure the shrimp were undercooked! EWWW."

"I ordered the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo at Chili's Grill, featuring a variety of their BBQ specialties. I picked the Texas Dry Rub Ribs, Brisket Quesadillas, and Crispy Chicken Crispers, served with Roasted Street Corn, Garlic Toast, and Fries. Honestly, this was the best BBQ I've ever tasted. Although I haven't sampled much authentic BBQ before, I found it absolutely incredible. The ribs were tender and full of flavor, the crispy chicken strips were familiar and delicious, the roasted corn was the standout side with its rich taste, and the brisket quesadillas were exceptional. Every bite was pure bliss. Next time, I’ll have a tough choice to make—whether to order a full portion of one of these dishes or stick with the combo. We also enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookie, which was fantastic. There’s something truly special about being served it warm, making it even more irresistible."
