"I came to this restaurant excited after reading great reviews. When I ordered, I mentioned that I am vegan and asked for help. The employee agreed, and I ended up getting a veggie dog with vegan chili. I also asked for spicy fries, but they were no longer on the menu. The employee suggested Buffalo Fries, so I agreed. However, when the fries arrived, they had ranch dressing on them. I explained that I am vegan and cannot have ranch dressing, but the employee responded rudely, saying she didn't know what vegan meant. The cook then came out and explained that they needed to write "vegan" on the ticket. I ended up receiving plain fries instead, without a refund for the cheaper fries. The chili was good, though."
