"I visited Sunny House for lunch on November 1st and ordered two combo specials. When I opened the food, it was cold, old, and not enjoyable at all. This was my first time there. I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction and requested a refund. At first, the woman on the phone acted like she didn’t understand, but then she agreed to refund me. My order totaled $24.80. When I returned to the restaurant with the food, the woman was on the phone, presumably with her boss, speaking in a language I didn’t understand. However, I clearly heard her use a racial slur against me twice. She dismissed me, kept telling me to wait, and helped several customers ahead of me before finally taking my card information to process the refund, saying it would take up to three days. Now, on November 28th, I checked my account and found that I was not only not refunded but also charged twice—once for $24 and again for $28. I lost both my meal and $50. I strongly do not recommend this place."
