"Just a few steps away! We love it! We've had some restaurants come and go recently, but this is such a great place. And they don't even have their bar open yet! It's already great. Years ago, we ate in a Cuban place on Lincoln in North Center that underwhelmed. This Cafecito is so good! We've eaten there five times in the past two weeks-yes, I hardly ever cook! But why should I?! Fresh, inexpensive, cute, friendly. If you ever shop at Water Tower Place, this is where you should eat. You just can't be disappointed."

"I have usually got the drive up at this location or delivery. First time eating in and probably my last from this location. Every table in the place had crumbs and was dirty. Ice machine ran out ice, several other condiments were low or missing, garbage bins were just about at capacity. The three people working were obviously not too busy since they forgot to make my sandwich and when I went to enquire about the hold up I found them in the back on their phones. The guy who just took my order had no clue what was going on. No apologies were given.Food is still great here and would bring me back versus the big chain sandwich places. Whoever owns this location needs to get a manager in there that actually cares and can keep employees doing their jobs and off their phones."

"Today was my first time here and I have to say it was not a let down. The service was very good. The ladies up front were very helpful. The menu is exciting and has specials. My wife has been a patron here for 20 years. She loves it. When we got our food it was delicious! It’s very nice inside too. Local art covers the walls and it can be purchase. Support the locals!! They have outdoor seating as well. I am very eager to have breakfast here too. I would have posted a 5 star review if it was a little cleaner. There was some tables dirty from previous patrons and I didn’t notice the ladies making it a priority to get them clean for other customers. Not a big deal tho. I review a lot of places and a few dirty tables don’t deter me. It kinda reflects on management. When we left, they were still dirty. I honestly highly recommend this place. I can wait to go back. Coffee is amazing too!!"

"Look no further for vegan cheesy goodness! The Cheesy Chick is a food truck normally located in Williamsville but they do occasionally go elsewhere for pop ups so check their Instagram/Facebook for updates. They've got an entire separate vegan menu with grilled cheeses, wraps, mac n cheese, and salads, all centering on cheese. We got the vegan mac and a Philly grilled cheese with housemade seitan, green peppers, and onions on Texas toast. Perfection! They are not skimpy on the cheese which I really appreciate cuz so many non vegan places don't use enough vegan cheese and don't know how to prepare it. We chatted for a while with the cook in the truck and he clearly knows his stuff about preparing vegan food and trying new things! They use Daiya so if that offends you (Daiya seems to really upset some ppl) maybe go elsewhere? But if you haven't tried the new Daiya, I highly recommend bringing and open mind and give it a try. It's so melty and cheesy and hits that perfect nostalgia factor for cheese. Will definitely be back whenever I've got a cheesy craving!"

"I last enjoyed a Grinder at a location in Bowling Green, OH, over ten years ago when I was an undergrad at BGSU, and that place has since closed. I lived in Grove City for nearly four years and can't recall ever stopping in until now. But today, I finally did! It was just as delicious as I remembered. The staff was really friendly and seemed surprised that I wasn't there early. Thank you for a wonderful lunch and for bringing back the memories of Bowling Green!"

"This restaurant is incredible! Their subs are exceptional! I've tried nearly every sub shop around, and this has quickly become my new favorite! Those who are complaining likely have very high standards and enjoy making things difficult for others, or they might just be looking for a free meal. Every restaurant has its challenges! It’s important to give people a break and a second chance. If you do encounter an issue, simply speak to a manager and they will address it! "Very disappointing service. Paid close to 30$ for two subs that were soaked in dressing. My pastrami was 60% pure white fat. (Imagine biting into a luke warm raw piece of bacon on a sub. Forgot our pickle, meat not spread out and just an overall mess. On top of everything, they don't offer the hot sauces that made Firehouse subs so special. I'm sure they're happy to be rid of that expense though. I know it will be my last visit."

"This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and my daughter brought me here for Mother's Day. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The place was spotless, and the staff were extremely friendly. We brought our very tired 18-month-old grandson with us, and he was fussy. The server brought out a brand new hat for him, which kept him occupied for a few minutes. The owner even brought him a dessert to help calm him down and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. The food was amazing; there was so much on the menu, I couldn't decide what to order! I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was. I had a wonderful experience, and if I ever find myself in Waterville again, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. I want to express my gratitude to the owner and the staff for providing the best customer service."
