"Hello! I had a bit of a manager issue at QDOBA recently. This was my first bad experience at this location. I placed an order in-store on 10/31/22 to take back to work and eat in my office. Unfortunately, when I got back to my office, I realized they had included an ingredient in my order that I had not asked for. I called the store immediately, but since I was stuck in the office for the rest of the day, I couldn't return it. The next day, I went back to the store and spoke to a lady in a black shirt and sweater. I explained what had happened and asked for an easy fix, but she verbally attacked me, claiming it was my fault for not watching the preparation of my food. I explained that not everyone watches and some of us just tell the staff what we want. She insisted it was my fault, not theirs. I had never experienced such rude service before. The easy solution would have been to simply remake my order."
