"I visited this restaurant for lunch during my trip to Las Cruces, having already tried a few other New Mexican spots in the area. Unfortunately, this was my least favorite experience. I ordered the Carne Asada tacos supreme, which are served with guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. Sadly, the meat lacked flavor and was quite tough. The guacamole tasted like pre-packaged avocado puree and was pretty bland. The rice and beans were decent but nothing to write home about. The highlight of the meal was the salsa, which was both delicious and spicy, making it puzzling why the rest of the dishes didn't measure up. On a positive note, the piña colada was a standout and incredibly tasty. Due to its location, I likely won't return."
