"What a nice surprise! Perfectly located for exploring the historic towns or going further north towards Copper Harbor. Quiet and cozy, this renovated motel is very clean and trimmed out in U.P. decor. You really feel like you've moved into the area for a little bit...Plenty of amenities, including extra toothpaste, toothbrushes, coffee, soaps, shampoo, conditioner. Even better a fridge that works amazing! Kept our ice packs frozen and our drinks cold (You don't see that in many top of the line chain hotels these days). You're within a short stroll to breakfast or dinner options. I don't want to forget to mention the easy check in process, we rolled in around 1 AM after a long drive from Minnesota that evening and were able to code right into our room. The price was perfect too, what a tremendous value! (We used airbnb to book)"
