"Dominos at Franklinton, NC, serves great pizza, quick service and excellent staff. Kudos to management. Wish all Dominos Pizza was as good as this operation. Next door to Speedway and a laundromat on Hwy 1. Vegetarian options: We ordered 7 pizzas to refrigerate and have several warmed up meals. Thin crispy pepperoni sausage, Hand tossed Philly Cheesesteak, Pan Pepperoni, green pepper, onion, pineapple. All reheated well in toaster oven and we're delicious with right amount of toppings. Light Robust tomato sauce. So yummy!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space in parking lot as is with a Speedway gas station."

"**Communication Issues and Order Mistake at Domino's: A Disappointing Experience** My recent visit to Domino's was disappointing due to communication issues and an order mix-up that left me dissatisfied. I set out to order two pasta dishes: one Alfredo and one with Italian sausage. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding with the cashier resulted in a significant error. When I placed my order, I changed my mind and decided to get one Alfredo pasta and one with Italian sausage instead. However, it seems my revised request was not clearly understood. As a result, the cashier only processed one pasta dish. When I received my order, I was disappointed to find that only the Alfredo pasta was included. I was looking forward to enjoying the Italian sausage pasta but was left without it. I've had much better experiences at other pizza places, like Pizza Hut, where the Alfredo pasta is always satisfying. This encounter has made me hesitant to return to Domino's in the future. I hope the restaurant can improve its communication and order accuracy to provide a better experience for all customers."

"GA truck driver I love the order of Dominos here in Scottsdale, KY when everything I come here for a load. I don't know why, but the pizza just taste better and I enjoy the friendly face and good hospitality.... I use pizza from many different places where I ever go. . I was a pizza hat fan, but all that was changed tired of ordering the long waiting period and the rude customer service.. I like to order the 2 $5.99 special the special pizza and the Habinaro and Mango wings. Love it...love it.. my pizza a little crispy as it cooked full but it quickly as a winner."

"Ava was incredibly hardworking and offered me outstanding service. Contrary to a previous review I read about another Ava, she displayed impressive knowledge of the menu and answered all my questions without any trace of annoyance, even when I was being a bit particular. Ava truly impressed me and renewed my faith in the younger generation. Kudos to you, Ava! As for the food, it was just as delicious as ever. "My boyfriend is from the Bronx and we thought we’d try the New, New York style they advertised on tv with the big slices etc. We ordered pepperoni,sausage,garlic and extra cheese. The garlic was good. The crust was slightly, burned and the whole pizza slightly dried out The sausage was meatball, not sausage. The extra cheese was hard to discern and the slices were just as small as any Dominoes we ever had in the past, not anything like the commercials. How Disappointing! I guess we may never cheat on Marcos again."

"Ordered over the phone from this establishment. While waiting in drive through after being told sorry for the wait we are just waiting on your pizza. We notice the car that was previously in front of my vehicle in drive thru. Come back and carrying items that resembled the items I ordered. Then my order appears instantly. I asked if the food was just returned and if my pizza just came out the oven why isn’t it hot. I was lied to by cashier saying it wasn’t returned. Was instantly greeted by employees as if it was supposed to intimidate me. knowing I was mad because all of them were looking out window. With all the things that are going on in the world why would this even happen. Can’t stand being lied too. Has to be a health code violation."

"I was at the Domino's in Granite Falls today around 6 PM and overheard an employee taking pizzas out of the oven. She informed one of the pizza makers that an order was incorrect. The customer had requested half pepperoni and bacon and half bacon, but it was made incorrectly. The employee acknowledged the mistake and said it was fine, but then went ahead and boxed it up, remarking that the customers would just complain when they received it, as if it were no big deal. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression on me as a customer. I've attached pictures of the two employees involved."

"My experience with the online ordering process was seamless, which I truly appreciated. However, I found it completely unacceptable to be served a burnt pizza. When I called to discuss the issue, I was given the option to either return the pizza or have them note me down for a free pizza in the future. I opted to bring back the burnt pizza, and the staff member confirmed that it was indeed burnt. Of course I knew it was burnt—why else would I have returned it? They did prepare a new pizza for me, which was good, but there was no offer of compensation for the time or gas I spent bringing back the burnt one. On top of that, by the time I got home, the other two pizzas I ordered had already gone cold."

"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The thin-crust pizza was exceptional, and the hand-tossed option was perfect for those who prefer a thicker, more substantial crust. The hot buffalo specialty chicken and garlic parmesan cheese knots were outstanding, especially when paired with their delicious sauces—one spicy buffalo and two garlic varieties! The young man at the front counter, who had braces, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised that my phone worked perfectly while I was near him. Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful evening with our meal, and it was budget-friendly thanks to some coupons I had, which prompted me to try the garlic knots. They were amazing!"
