"A great addition to downtown Parker! We were seated in the back room which has a completely different vibe (quiet, subdued and a bit drab than the front (noisy, bustling, brighter with windows on two sides. It feels like two different places, neither better or worse just seems like two different experiences. The food was very good. While the menu is varied, nothing really stood out to the members in our party. I think it may be that most of the entrees and even the sides had one or more additives you get this cheese, that sauce, etc. For example, I was thinking of a steak but every single one had a sauce. I settled on the salmon and when told I had a side quickly glanced at the menu and ordered the seasonal vegetables thinking that the veggies came with the things listed (mixed mushrooms, herb butter, garlic confit . When my food arrived it was then that I realized that the mushrooms were considered the seasonal vegetables though mushrooms are not really vegetables at all. Tasty, but I had expected actual veggies. Like I mentioned, our meal was very good, however the food didn’t stand out to me as great. I’ve had better salmon, at more upscale restaurants, that was less expensive. Perhaps I’m being too picky, as we did enjoy the atmosphere, the drinks were all exceptional, and the food good. This is the best we’ve had in downtown Parker, and we will be back."
