However, when I placed an order for my grandmother to be delivered at 9:45 p.m. on a night they close at 10 p.m., I was informed just five minutes later that they had stopped deliveries 20 minutes before closing time. They offered to switch my order to carry-out instead. I explained that my grandmother, who is in her 80s, doesn't drive, and there was no way for anyone to pick it up. I also inquired about their hours listed on the website, but the response I received was that those times are set by the company that owns the store, not by the staff in the store itself."
