"I asked the waitress three times while ordering if substituting one side for another would incur an extra charge, and each time she replied, "No." However, when I went to pay the bill, I discovered that there was indeed a full charge for the side. After paying, I brought this up with her, and her response was completely different from what she had previously said. I dislike leaving negative reviews, and I understand that food can be expensive, so I don’t mind paying the listed prices. However, I really don’t appreciate being misled. That feels dishonest."
