"1) They've started including the tip in the bill. While that’s not necessarily a bad thing, it has led to a second issue.
2) The service has significantly declined. It seems that regardless of the service quality, tips are guaranteed now. During our last three visits, we had to wait between 40 minutes to an hour for our food. The waitstaff often didn’t notice us or follow up on our needs, and it took a long time to bring us drinks and take our orders. They seem to be less engaged.
3) Additionally, they charge around $2 for to-go cups. On two occasions, I received to-go cups without asking for them. One time, I ordered a bean and bacon taco, a bean and cheese taco, and an unsweetened tea, and the total came to $8. It may not sound like much, but for a family, the bill can quickly sum up to nearly $50, even with just two tacos per person.
I think I’ll take a break from going here for now, but I might return in the future. The food really is delicious, and I haven’t found a better taco place in the area. I do miss it!"
