"I visited this restaurant once and overall everything was okay, except for the fact that they charged me a fee for using a credit card without informing me. They charged me $3 for a fee that I had never heard of before. At least when I handed over my card, they should have mentioned that there would be an additional charge for using it. The cashier mentioned that there was a sign, but as a takeout customer, I did not notice it. I will be taking my business elsewhere, as there are plenty of Chinese food options in East Hartford."
