"Downward spiral. Once was a great place to pay hi end prices for hi end drinks. Very laid back was our favorite place. Now Scott is gone. Stephanie is more about business less about quality. The new bartender has horrible BO. No I am not bitter just an old customer who has seen this place outgrow its niche. It's hi end fixtures food music but average drinks. No longer my go to place it has just become the most expensive place to go get an average drink. I am so sorry to see it go this route. Go there and be blown away by the decor but buy beer otherwise you're paying 10 bucks for a 5 dollar drink."

"It took a long time to get our food. It came out cold and the fries were soggy. The Hudson salad is made with spring mix and should have iceberg lettuce. They were short of food for some of the ingrediencies for their lunch salads . There was a dirty rag under one of the booths. The tables were icky and the water had a strong odor (yes, I know well water but could use a filter) I hope they find time for a deep clean soon. I know it's all new to the new owner and were probably left with a mess. For the most part, the food tasted ok. Just wish we didn't have to wait so long for it. It wasn't that busy when we were there. I hope to change my opinion to a better review in the future. I'm not sure if we will go back or not. "Pro: The service was quite good and our servers were attentive and kind, keeping our cups filled and offering suggestions for the various menu items. The warm chai tea was very welcome in the cold restaurant. Con: The temperature inside the restaurant was extremely cold and the booth chairs weren 't very comfortable. The three people at our table enjoyed the lunch even though the spicing wasn 't as flavorful as it should be for authenticity. The menu did warn that it was American spicy . Big Con: The mandatory 20% service fee that showed up on my tab left me feeling betrayed at the end of the meal, as I did not see it posted in the menu or anywhere else. Nor did our server mention it. Subsequently, I see other reviewers mentioning the con of the 20% mandatory service fee, but for dining parties of four or more people. Never the less, it wasn 't mentioned or posted where it was noted by us until the final statement was delivered to me for my signature. It was notable that mid week lunch for three people cost as much as our normal food budget for the week."

"Came here during a convention. Despite the business, service was very fast! Staff was friendly, food was delicious, 10/10 experience. Also, friend I was with is gluten free and vegetarian, and this was a great choice for that. Not only are gluten free and vegan options clearly labeled, there's a big variety of choices."

"Definitely our favorite bagel place. We get their Asiago bagel with bacon, egg and cheese and it's always so good. Their bagel dogs are also good- the dough (once heated up) is very soft and it's pretty big compared to what I have got at other places. In the fridge they have sealed fresh squeeze orange juice that taste so fresh. I do wish customers respected the door signage letting customers know how many people are allowed inside at a time. Indoor dinning is not available for this location (June 2021)"

"Asked for recommendations and was told mac and cheese and fish and chips......mac and cheese was fantastic but the fish and chips were just ok. Was really dark inside overall and couldn't figure out if this is a sports bar or trying to be cozy semi upscale dining, the food that we had did not support the latter. "Hole-in-the-wall dinner with a friendly staff and even better eating! coffee is always fresh and refilling are often offered, cream and sugar are directly at the table, so that not waiting for them! every article on the menu is worth a try, but my favorite is her southwest hath with 2 eggs (by simple) and a tortilla. look at their fish tank, but: don't talk to the fish, they want to get out! , seriously but, the fish seem well loved and well maintained, inspire children of all age groups! Don't forget to take a few cookies home. my sons love the chocolate chips (no nuts) and my favorites are the chocolate chips with nuts."

"First of all, our server, Tiffany, was outstanding. She was informative and attentive but did not crowd us. The wine list was acceptable, and the best part is that they do not over mark-up heir wines. We had a Sonoma Chardonnay for $30 that retails for $20. It nicely matched the pasta dishes we had. The menu is large and diverse, but not unmanageable. We each had a different pasta dish. One was a light cream sauce that was very tasty. The drawback was that the noodles were a little over cooked. The second pasta dish was the shrimp pesto. Very tasty and not salty. Side salads were fresh, except there was some wilted lettuce. The dressings were homemade: very tasty and light. We ordered ala carte garlic mashed potatoes just to try them. They were fantastic. Overall, reasonably priced, excellent taste and a great experience. We will defininately return."

"We made a reservation for their New Years Eve dinner and party. Our reservation was for 9pm. We arrived right on time and were told to please wait a bit, they will text us when the table was ready. Other people were also waiting. The group next to us got their table 1 hr after their reservation so we expected to have to wait long. After 1 hr had passed I asked about the status of the table, they couldn’t find our reservation. We had the manager involved and after another 30 min passed our table was finally ready. We ended up at our table at 10:30pm when our reservation was for 9pm. Our waiter was nice but didn’t even offer us water or other drinks. The package included wine which we already had on the table, not sure he thought that’s what we all were drinking. The food was good but the pasta was very salty. We ended our dinner at 11:45pm and started to make our way to the party area (pool deck) and were told we needed wristbands to enter. No one gave us wristbands!!! Here we go again back to another manager for the wristbands. Finally we are able to enter the pool deck at 11:55pm!!!!!! Important to mention we had a minor in our group and no one under 21 could enter the party, which no where in the reservation site was posted. Since we had soooo many issues with our reservation, we were allowed to enter the party just until midnight, so we were at the party for 7 min! We were a family of 5, total amount prepaid $1,096.50!!!"

"Quite disappointed and sick to stomach after. So disappointed as we were told one of best restaurants in Chattanoga. Started with Spicy Tuna bites. Was expecting seared Tuna steak slices. Received minced Tuna over rice looked more like canned cat food. Flavor, was minimal, and it had concistency of mush. Still cant get nauseating flavor out of my mouth. Next ordered special market oysters. Good flavor but not much bigger than a nickel and 3.25 each! Best item we had all night. Lobster Crab cakes was next and it was charbroiled burnt on outside and the little bit of lobster was like rubbery shoe soles, rest was more mush and no flavor. Last attempt was oysters Rockefeller.
