"Breakfast at Pork Chop Co was the perfect choice on our way out of town. We received good advice on what (not) to order as we were slightly pressed for time, and were rewarded with hearty plates of perfectly done slow cooked eggs with bright orange, farm fresh yolks, savory pulled pork hash, cheesy grits worthy of being served at far lower latitudes, and obviously house pickled kimchi. Coffee was notably good as well. This is an order at counter, receive at table joint, so be prepared for that casual experience, along with fairly close quarters, bring a good appetite, and enjoy!"
