"My husband had recommended we eat here because he was a regular when it was Red Hook. I was definitely not impressed. I ordered the nachos and was satisfied with them and the drinks were good. My husband ordered his burger medium rare and got it so undercooked that he didn't attempt to eat it past the first bite. No issue because food can be remade. What I had an issue with was the fact that the server dropped the food off and we didn't see her again (until after she had walked by us at least 15 times, over 30 minutes later when she saw my husband stand up and speak to the manager). When she saw him talking to the manager she came over to the table and asked me if everything was okay. I showed her the burger and she agreed that it was undercooked. She asked if he wanted it remade but since I had long been done with my meal, I told her it wouldn't need remade. The manager, Casey, was great and she offered to comp the entire bill but we finished the drinks and my food was fine so we asked to pay for at least part of the bill. We ended up having to go somewhere else for my husband's dinner."
