"We?ve been to a lot of Brazilian steak houses and our visit here fell short. We were seated and handed a drink menu that was dirty and had something spilled over half of it. My husband put his hand on the chair to pull it in and was surprised to realize that he had stuck his hand in gum. The salad bar was decent. We had to ask for the cheese rolls because none were given to us. We were told it?d be 30 minutes?50 minutes went by and we still didn?t have any so I askedagain. I was told 5-10 more minutes. A manager then came by a little later just to check in and I mentioned we were still waiting on the rolls. She comes back and tells us 5 more minutes because there?s oven issues. After an hour total ofasking for them, the rolls came out and tasted undercooked. The gauchos were very nice. The meat in general was OK but all the chicken was over cooked/dry. The teriyaki steak was good. The server appeared to be doing the whole place byherself. We went spans of time without refills and when she dropped them off she?d set it down very quickly then scurry off. I feel like she was nicest to us when handing us the check. I?m not a stickler but we go out to be treated and havea nice time. And when I?m spending $145 on a meal I expect to be satisfied and we were not. We?ve had better experiences at other locations."

"Love D+D. We went there for NYE in 2019. It was an incredible start to an awful year, ha. The bartenders made each cocktail by hand and we didn't have to wait more than 30 seconds for a drink at any point. Food was above and beyond what was promised. We did it again just this past New Years for 2022. Amazing. Same level of service, same hand made cocktails, same above and beyond food. Great environment. We go for dinner all the time. "The burgers were pretty gross but the fries were good. Food is damn pricey for the quality of the burgers and a short menu. The kitchen messed our entire order up and then forgot another meal for one of us (out of 4 total). Long lines for beer service is slow… but only two bartenders for a mountain of people only gets you so far. Waitress was nice and so were the bartenders. Not a very long menu so not too many options. The hostess didn’t show up for a couple minutes when there was plenty of open tables.. so that was kind of frustrating… would not go back for food but drinks were decent."
