"I stopped by for drinks and food with some friends who were visiting from out of town. We sat inside near the back bar, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. The food was excellent, and our drinks arrived promptly. However, when the bill arrived at the end of our meal, it was presented as a single total without us being asked how we wanted it split. When we told our waitress we needed to divide the bill since we didn't all order the same thing, her response was, "I can take up to four credit cards, but I'm too busy to itemize your bill." This was frustrating because we had different orders, and we weren’t given the opportunity to discuss alternatives. I found the customer service to be lacking, which is ironic considering that many of the non five-star reviews mention similar issues with service. Management, please take note."
