"Missing a dessert. When I called to check on it, the employee was rude and completely unprofessional. He said they were out of that cake. I asked why didn’t I get a phone call notifying me they were out, my 8 year old was left with no dessert. And his response was….”what? You want me to make an entire cake for your 8 year old?” Uh, no, I would have liked to be able to order something else for him. We’re in an Airbnb and we had nothing else. To make things even better, they charged me for the item they were out of. If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!!"
