"Our server had a hard time getting our order right and often disappeared for long stretches, making the service quite slow. At one point, he tried to charge me $7 for hot tea, which was supposed to be included with the smoothie bowl. When I pointed this out, he insisted it wasn't included, so I asked him to double-check the menu. After doing so, he agreed to remove the tea charge. Additionally, the server brought us two glasses of orange juice that we hadn't ordered. If we had consumed them, we would have been charged $14, as juice is not included in the menu. This seems like a strategy to increase revenue, but it could easily mislead customers into thinking it was included. Lastly, I found the price of the breakfast buffet to be quite steep."
