To my astonishment, when I decided to pick up my order in person, it was still incomplete – the soup was missing. There was a lot of commotion at the restaurant, with employees arguing in the parking lot, taking pictures on their phones, and doing their hair inside. The chaos was overwhelming, so I just took what was ready and didn't bother to ask for a refund. However, I will say that the young lady who handed me my order was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience."
