"I did an online order for the first time, and I would not suggest it. I will for now and forever make a phone call as I always have but I thought I 'd try something different... I ordered one of their deals, and then tacked on a caramel monkey bread at the end for seven dollars. When the order got here, mind you I did pick up and my mother picked it up for me since she was out and about. They gave me a birthday cake monkey bread and I don 't really appreciate that considering that had my phone number to let me know that they were out of caramel but they didn 't communicate that and I 'm not appreciating the lack of communication. All in all, the food is good but communication would 've been very much appreciated."
