"I wrote a one-star review four years ago, and sadly, it's still one star. I placed a to-go order and when I arrived at the restaurant, I waited for an employee to retrieve my food. While waiting, another employee walked in and immediately asked the person handling the cash if she could leave early. They argued in front of me, causing a line to form. After a long wait, my food was finally brought out, but the employee had trouble ringing it up because they couldn't find the button for the mussels. This led to a 10-minute search, with other customers waiting to be served and seated. The situation escalated when the employee asked for help and was refused, leading to a public argument. I eventually told them to serve the customers behind me first. After 30 minutes at the restaurant, I got home only to find my order was incorrect. I am thoroughly disappointed with the experience."
