"Before current, my wife and I were very loyal customers of Firehouse Subs. From day one we formed a routine. We would order our subs (my wife) Hook ladder hot tossed meat divide across the sub and Meatball for myself. Always regular and Large. Most times with a side soup, salad or dessert. While order was in process, we walked next door to get our coffee. Never disappointed. However, for the past year and a half much has changed. The order is never right, meat is slapped on one end or in the middle. Toppings are wrong most of the time, and the staff play and chat (out loud sometimes) about personal life. Today was one of those days. Although, staff quiet our sub was still messy. I can’t continue to pay for such a sloppy meal…. Please get it right! We have very little sub shops in our small, quant, town. But most important, you are losing lots of customers, local and non-local."
